道頓堀は並木座で行う日本の代表的な伝統話芸「落語」を英語で披露するライブです。

たった一人で何役も演じ、手ぬぐいと扇子を様々な道具に見立てて座ったままで演じる

​スタンドアップコメディならぬ、スィットダウンコメディもといえるコミックストーリーテリング

のパフォーマンスです。

津軽三味線の演奏もあります。

This is a live performance of *Rakugo*—a quintessential Japanese traditional storytelling art—presented in English at the Dotonbori Namikiza theater.

It is a form of comic storytelling—or "sit-down comedy" rather than stand-up—where a single performer plays multiple characters while seated, using only a hand towel and a folding fan to represent various props.

The event also features a performance on the Tsugaru-jamisen.

Get ready for plenty of laughs!
